Situated in one of the side streets (Lorong 16) that make up the Geylang district, local atmosphere abounds with a fantastic array of food and the exciting red light areas that are so often missed in modern Singapore. A 10 minute drive to the city and a short 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Geylang is well known to Singaporeans for its good food, fruit shops and exciting night life. Some of the streets within walking distance from the hotel transform at nights with garish neon lights and red lanterns signifying houses of pleasure. Walking down the streets is as safe as any part of Singapore. This is as close as you can get to the alternative side of Singapore. Rooms

The hotel is part of the Hotel 81 chain operating ecomonical and no frill properties in Singapore. These are decent and clean hotels in a more local part of town. Highly recommended for its value for money.
