At Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino airport take the direct train to termini.At termini take the right hand exit,and you are on Via Marsala,cross over via Marsala and walk into via Magenta. The Hotel is located at the right side of the street,indicated by a green sign.Enter in the building take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
