Bus shuttle into Macrossan Street operates regularly from the hotel grounds (fee applies).Getting There: Port Douglas is located 60km north of Cairns along the Captain Cook Highway. Take a right turn off the Captain Cook Highway into Port Douglas Road. Oaks Lagoons is located approximately 2km along Port Douglas Road on the right-hand side.Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar telephone calls breakages/damages excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.Reception hours are between 7.00am and 7.00pm daily.
