Formerly the Sheraton, the Pan Pacific Hotel in Perth lives up to the company’s standards of comfort, convenience, service, and an array of beautiful landmarks to remember. It is only a 30-minute drive from the airport and guests have the luxury to visit landmarks such as the King’s Park and the shopping centers as the Perth train and bus stations are just a few meters away.

While you're there

Nestled just within the city center, the Pan Pacific Hotel Perth offers a panoramic view of the Swan River and only a short distance from popular spots such as the Swan Bells Tower, Perth Zoo, Perth Mint, and the Western Australian Museum.

What to look out for

The guests were satisfied and delighted with the food, especially the lunch buffet and the breakfast. They particularly enjoyed having it while viewing the beautiful Swan River. Most of them also praised at how the rooms were tastefully decorated. Although there were a few complaints of minor restroom issues and the need for upgrade, the shower and toilet were reportedly clean and cozy. Management has immediately attended to the upgrading issue and is currently having refurbishments done for better customer comfort. The staff was very courteous and greeted their guests with professionalism and a couple of warm smiles to complete the day. Facilities were also recommended, with guests loving the gym, steam room, and swimming pool.

Guest Tips

Upgrading to Pacific Club rooms is worth the extra charge for the additional inclusions such as lounge access, breakfast, wifi, pre-dinner drinks with canapes etc. Also, you must visit King’s Park to get a magnificent view of Perth City. It’s just a bus ride away from the hotel.
