The Advantages floor, suitable for the more meticulous guest, offers rooms with upscale furnishing, lavish bathrooms, and state of the art business facilities. For weddings and other significant events, the hotel features six conference rooms including a spacious ballroom which can accommodate up to 650 people.

There are two dining and drinking venues within the hotel, each built with a distinctive style. The Senses Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and families can enjoy a choice of delicious dishes. In the evening, it transforms into a lively bar where business partners, couples, and friends can have fun with a few drinks. If you prefer live entertainment in the open, the Fenians Irish Pub offers just that. After a long day, find respite at the two spas or the fitness centre nestled at the rooftop, overlooking the Kings Park and the Swan River.

Hotel staff was highly recognized for its courtesy and superior customer service. Location was also a big plus, as most guests visit Perth for business and sightseeing and the hotel is just 1km away from the city centre. Some of the visitors had complaints with the rooms being untidy and small, some mentioning that there was smell from their bathrooms, but these issues were certainly addressed with the current renovations done. Buffet breakfast was praised but some said it was a bit expensive. Nevertheless, most of the guests would rather pay for a superb morning treat. They also loved the undercover parking. A few complained of the high parking cost but most of them appreciated the security and convenience it provided. Rooms close to the function rooms may have some noise and for those who want some peace and quiet, management would be glad to arrange for you to be transferred to another room for your comfort.
