Mount Gambier's famous Blue Lake, Valley Lake and Wildlife Park is a popular tourist attraction. There are a wide variety of caves in and around Mount Gambier. If coming from Adelaide direction look for sign Portland via Nelson turn right into "Pick Avenue" (this is the road to Nelson). Follow for 7km once out of town and you will find Barn Motel & Apartments on your left. From Melbourne direction take the first turn Portland Nelson Rd, to the left after entering 60kph zone into Pick Avenue follow to Barn Motel 7km on left. The nearest intersection is Child's Rd/ Clarke Rd and Punt Rd. We are south of Mount Gambier, on the road to Nelson and Portland. Children Children are welcome. Playground and tennis court on site. Car Parking Secure Car parking is by the doors of the rooms. There is plenty of space for trailers, etc. No extra cost. The parking is off the road & obscured from sight of the road.
