Small complex of resort style self contained apartments about 150m from the beach, set amongst palm trees and bordered at the rear of the property by rainforest reserve. Very close to one of QLD's nicest beaches and close to all facilites, shops and restaurants. Only 3 apartments in the complex all with undercover parking. All our units are built around a rainforest garden, with a natural granite swimming pool. Most units are 4 star, however we have a small number of 3 star for the budget minded. Mackays Mission beach was nominated as Best Hotel in North Queensland by the Australian Federation of Travel Agents. We offer good service and we are the package specialists, which guarantees our clients the best value for accommodation and tours. Mission Beach has a small business centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. There are a variety of shops including gift shops and boutiques. All of which are only 300m away.

Separate guest accommodation, fabulous pool, great brekky and FREE soft drinks and BEER. How good is that !! An award winning timber pole home in the heart of the Wet Tropics where the rainforest meets the beach. We are just 1.5 kms from the beach, in beautiful World Heritage rainforest. Guest accommodation is separate to the main house. Each unit is fully ensuite with its own private verandah overlooking the lush tropical gardens. Great big shower and wonderful fluffy towels (not those horrible thin ones). We have a magnificent waterfall swimming pool - probably the best in Mission Beach - with beach entry. Breakfast is included in the rate, as are complimentary drinks - tea, coffee, soft drinks and beer (YES Beer !!) What a bargain!! A large guest lounge with TV, DVD player, games, library, tour desk and magic fridge makes your stay here all the more enjoyable. And to top it all we have daily visits from a cassowary - how about that folks !! Lots of peace and tranquility here at the lodge - great for relaxing. But if you fancy something energetic then you can do scuba diving, sky diving, white water rafting, kayaking and fishing. Cycling can be done from the Lodge, and Internet access is also here for those of you who cannot bear to be away from the computer. And you can do your washing here - what more could you want ?? OK, a nice cup of tea on arrival, with biscuits .. Yea, no worries. The Lodge is NOT suitable for children under the age of ten.
