How to get to
Mercure Welcome Melbourne
Being located right in the heart of Melbourne, the hotel is incredibly simple to get to. We are approximately 30 minutes by car from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. The journey by taxi costs between $45 and $50. Alternatively, the Skybus Airport Shuttle is only $16 per person each way, takes approximately 1 hour and will drop you off at the hotel. Advance bookings are not required, simply proceed to the Skybus desk at the airport terminal. Once you are here, getting around Melbourne is very easy, with stops for all main tram routes just metres from our doorstep, whilst Flinders Street Railway Station is a short walk down Swanston Street.
Children
Children under 16 years of age stay free and receive free breakfast when sharing their parents room and using existing bedding. Charges will apply if a rollaway bed or an additional room is required. Standard Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people and are not suitable for rollaway beds. Superior Rooms can accommodate up to 3 people and are suitable for rollaway beds.
Car Parking
Leave your car at our front door and let our professional valet parking service take care of it. Valet parking is available for $35 per night. Self parking is also available for $15 per night (or each entry/exit). Our self parking carpark is located in the QV Complex, 1 block from the hotel on the corner of Swanston & Lonsdale Sts.
