There is a small solar heated swimming pool with spa and gym in the complex. Grnd Flr Dlxe Apt literally walks to the waters edge. The mstr bedroom has a QS bed, 2nd bedroom has bunks. Sleeps 4 guests Rooftop apt overlooks the Inner Harbour and has its own rooftop deck with outdoor setting. Beautifully decked out with leather lounge, wall mounted LCD TV. The mstr bedroom has a QS bed with ensuite (double shower). The 2nd bedroom has a dble bed with a sgl bunk. The main bathrm has a spa! Sleeps 5 guests. Pelican Blue Apt has a qs bed in master, dbl bed with single top bunk in 2nd room. Sleeps 5 guests Sunset Views Apt has a spa in main bathroom, LCD TV, qs bed in master with ens, single bed bunks in 2nd rm. All apts have TV's, DVD players etc and X-Boxes with 50 games FOR SAME DAY BOOKINGS PLEASE CALL TO ADVISE Rooftop & Pelican Blue apts are on the 2nd level. The Sunset Views Apt is on the 1st level. No wheelchair access Townhouse is situated not far from the complex, still only a minute away from the shops, restaurants amd more. How to get to

Apartment directions: We are in a complex called "Palm Cove" Melways refernce 97H6. Situated right next door to the P/lakes shopping Centre. The townhouse address is No 2 Schooner Bay Drive, Patterson Lakes. Your are in townhouse number 2. Melways reference 97 G7. The easiest way to get there is go to Thompson Road and coming from the Nepean Highway end you will see the United Petrol Station on your left and a Safeway Petrol/ Caltex on the right. Turn right into the street before the the Safeway Petrol station (McCleod Rd continuation) and then a quick right again (the road curves around). You will see the townhouses straightaway as they are the first thing you see - they are an orangey coloured brick. Go to the 2nd drive way which on the gutter it says 2/2.
