Most customers say the location is great with most parts of the CBD just a short walk away. The one negative comment on the location was the laneway aspect and the perceived safety at night. Although Melbourne is full of laneways and arguably the best spots in Melbourne are in a laneway off a laneway! And other customers commented that not being on a main road was quieter for the CBD location.

The majority of customers agree that the rooms are large, clean and fresh and customer service is good.
