Despite its age, the Sheraton Mirage continues to please guests with its superb facilities. Many families prefer to stay here and would vow to come back for its pools, especially that there’s one built for their kids to enjoy while they, too, can have their share of fun in the sun. Food was reportedly exceptional and waiters and hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Business and corporate travellers loved that it was a very comfortable stay while they had a few rounds of golf just a short drive from the hotel. To some guests, the rates of the rooms, food, and facilities were quite high, although those who thought it was well worth their money certainly encompassed them. There were a few complaints regarding rooms that were noisy because of renovations from the floor above them, but these situations are inevitable and done solely for the guests’ satisfaction. The managerial team is more than glad to address any issue that might be of concern to its guests and would respond to these issues as soon as they can to be able to provide better service.
