The public areas are lined with old black and white photos of Launceston harbour in reverse - a touch of history with a stylish modern twist. The décor is luxurious and contemporary nautical in style, using soft, light colours, natural timbers and chromes. On the ground floor of Peppers Seaport Hotel, Mud Bar and Restaurant is a fresh, modern venue offering an eclectic mix of cuisines from around the world.
