Auldington began a new era, opening as a private hotel in January 2005. Hotel Facilities How to get to Auldington Launceston Launceston is located approximately 20 minutes drive from Launceston Airport. From the airport or Hobart follow the A1 highway to Launceston. As you enter Launceston you will be on Bathurst St. Turn left into Frederick Street (there will be a park on your left). Follow Frederick St for 1 1/2 blocks and Auldington is located on the right hand side at number 110. Children Rates are for 2 people. Extra guest charge aged 2 and over is $48 per night. Children under 2 stay free using existing bedding. This must be within the maximum occupancy of the room type booked as specified in the room descriptions.
