Over 93.5 miles of ski slopes an ancient alpine village consisting of stone houses a ring of splendid mountains over which the magnificent Rutor Massif dominates. This is La Thuile an ancient village in Valle D Aosta that stands at 1 450 meters in proximity to the Mont Blanc Mountain chain and less than an hour from Aosta and two hours from Milan and Turin. It is a true paradise for lovers of snow and of winter sports also thanks to the blanket of snow that is always in excellent condition. A paradise which in addition to the slalom and snowboarding slopes 93.5 miles accessible with a single ski-pass on both the Italian and French side offers fans of cross-country skiing four paths of varying difficulty. The Atahotel Planibel Residence is located at the entrance to the ski resort. With an antique style and in perfect harmony with the landscape it offers 237 elegant chalet-style flats all equipped with terrace and panoramic view. The hotel also includes three restaurants La Piazzetta which has several shops a fitness center and two covered pools. The hotel was built in 1981 and remodeled in 2000.
