Deposit Policy - One night or 50 percent deposit whichever is greater is required on all reservations. Cancellation period is 28 days prior to reservation. If room is cancelled after the 28 day cancellation period guest is responsible for entire amount of stay unless room is re-rented. There is a 20.00 USD bookkeeping fee on all cancelled reservations.
