The 3 Explorers Motel offers a clean, comfortable and affordable room at a great location. These were attested to by their satisfied customers who have already made plans to come back. It is the closest accommodation to top tourist destinations such as Three Sisters Echo Point and other hiking trails. It is also a 10 minute walk from the Katoomba festival location and only one kilometre from the town centre. The guests confirmed that staying at 3 Explorers proved to be a wise and good deal because they received more than the basic room amenities that they have paid for. Service was also worth mentioning for most of the customers as the owners were friendly and helpful, even providing for a map and recommending destinations they should visit in the area. The owners were also the ones who prepared breakfast and would bring it to the guest rooms as room service.

Attention to the lack of room views was brought up by some of the customers and the manager has advised that being a budget accommodation in a great location, their priority is to provide for clean and spacious rooms that most travellers can afford.
