Our 1900’s Colonial Villa is set in a beautiful private garden with relaxing seating areas from which you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views that Kaikoura is famous for. The rooms feature powerful showers, good beds with fine linen, bathrobes, TV, Tea/Coffee facilities and sweets for a comfortable stay. Facilities include cooked and/or continental breakfast, spa pool with mountain views, petanque/boulles, comfortable guest lounge and full use of kitchen. Many of our guests have commented how wonderful and relaxed a stay they have had having use of the entire house, and not having to worry about intruding on the owners' privacy. We are 300m north of New World Supermarket on the Seaward side of Beach Road. From the North - We are approximately 1.5km in from the town boundary on the left side of the road. If you see New World Supermarket you've gone too far! Children Children upto and including the age of 12 years $20 per night. Infant upto and including 2 years $10 per night (travel cot provide if needed, please advise) Car Parking Off street parking at the Villa for 5 cars. Courtesy pick up and drop off from train, bus or plane. Please advise.
