Set amongst a secluded forest - high on a mountaintop with spectacular views. Two of the four pavilions offer a private pool set in a timber deck. Each pavilion offers luxuriously appointed rooms and furnishings with the highest quality of fabrics and designs and vogue style decor. Hotel Facilities How to get to Wild Edge Retreat Wollombi From Sydney: Cross the Harbour Bridge & follow the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. At Wahroonga take the F3 Freeway towards Newcastle. After crossing the Hawksbury River take the Peats Ridge/Calga exit. At Peats Ridge, take the left turn to Wollombi. Follow this road for approx. 50 minutes. At the Wollombi Tavern, turn right & travel 1.2km & turn right into Narone Creek Road. Travel along this unsealed road for 2.3km & then turn left, indicated by the Wild Edge Retreat sign. Travel along this unsealed private road for 2.8km until you reach the top of the ridgeline. From Newcastle & North: Take the New England Highway west & follow signs to Cessnock. At Cessnock continue straight on & follow the signs to Wollombi. Just prior to entering the township of Wollombi turn left into Narone Creek Road & travel 2.3km until you reach a left-hand turn indicated by the Wild Edge Retreat sign. Travel along this private road for 2.8km until you reach the top of the ridgeline. Children No children under 16 are permitted at the Retreat. Due to safety considerations (cliffs) the Retreat is suitable for Couples only. Car Parking Off-street parking provided.
