ONLY 40 MINUTES SOUTH OF HOBART YOU WILL COME ACROSS DONALEA B&B, SURROUNDED BY LOVELY ENGLISH STYLE GARDENS WITH GLORIOUS VIEWS OF THE HUON RIVER. This grand old 1920s home has been lovingly restored and provides modern facilities, whilst retaining features of a bygone era. Donalea is located in the heart of the Huon Valley among the apple orchards and is close to the Tahune Air Walk, Hastings Caves, and South West National Park. Enjoy a complimentary Devonshire Tea on arrival, before retiring to one of two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with queen sized beds and Ensuites. Being a two room B & B, intimacy can be assured. Electric blankets, hairdryers and TV are all supplied in the large rooms. Relax in front of the log fire in the guest lounge while watching a video with a cuppa or just read one of many books and magazines provided in a private sun/reading room. A generous continental breakfast with home made breads and jams is provided either in the dining room or on the front balcony overlooking the gardens to the Huon River. No facilities are shared with ourselves, as you have your own spacious private bathroom, Tea/Reading room and huge guest lounge with a wonderful River outlook.
