From Tokyo Station, you can take the Joetsu-shinkansen (Joetsu-line bullet train) to Jomo-kogen station, which takes about one hour and twenty minutes. A free shuttle bus is available from the Jomo-kogen station at 13:30 everyday. Please make a reservation in advance.
