Guests who have stayed at the Outrigger Resort prefer to come back because of its affordable room rates and its location, being very accessible to the beach and to the shops and restaurants of Gold Coast. Those who didn’t bother to go out just loved swimming in the outdoor pool and leaving their kids to safety in their own kids’ pool. Travellers who stayed there to do a little work while on vacation liked the peace and quiet of the place and remarked that although they had issues with the bathrooms being a little rusty and the bedding dated, they would still prefer to come back. Breakfast buffet at the onsite restaurant was reportedly good. Still there were a few complaints on the cleanliness of the rooms, with some guests informing the reception that theirs needed some pest controlling. Hotel hospitality was appreciated by most guests. The management has expressed its apologies for the inconveniences and has certainly discussed the negative issues with the whole team.
