Hotel Description
Beachfront apartments ideally located on The Esplanade in Surfers Paradise. All apartments feature balconies perfect for taking in the views over famous Surfers Paradise beach or over the Gold Coast Hinterland.The property has an array of facilities including pool spa tennis court kid's playground and more.Hi Surf Apartments are close to beachfront patrolled beach Cavill Avenue shopping precinct dining and theme parks are a short drive away.School Leavers unfortunately we do not have the policies procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 20 November 2010 to 4 December 2010. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers your booking will be cancelled and NO refund will be given.Please note that units consist of a queen in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom additional people or extra bedding are charged at 35 per night. We cannot guarantee specific apartments and we reserve the right to interchange bookings between apartments if necessary. No refunds are given for shortened stays and we cannot accept responsibility for your personal property kept in the premises or in vehicles. Sorry no pets allowed. TOURS: If you wish to visit the Theme Parks and other Gold Coast attractions then please contact us and we will arrange all of this for you at no extra cost. It saves you having to wait in queues. We can also book your Airport transfers.
