What They Say

The Atrium Resort Apartments gave the guests a lot of good things to remember, starting with the excellent customer service shown by the hotel personnel, whom they thought were professional and really helpful. Business travellers especially liked the fact that it was in a place where there’s peace and quiet but it was only a few minutes away from the busy area. A big chunk of the guests in the resort were families who wanted a comfortable accommodation close to the theme parks, and according to them they couldn’t ask for more. Their rooms were generously spacious and clean and when they didn’t want to go out, they never get bored as the kids have fun at the games room while they relax at the rooftop pool. The views were reportedly fabulous. Some guests, however, were not satisfied with their stay and remarked that the rooms were old with a few cracked tiles and loud ceiling fans. The management has expressed its apologies and is glad to inform its guests that some of its rooms have already been renovated. Certainly, all of these rooms will soon be fixed so that guests will have a very comfortable stay, as usual.
