As you approach Gisborne, simply follow the signs guiding you towards the "City Centre". White Heron Motor Lodge is the close to town on the right hand side as you approach the city. Alternatively you may decide to drive around the East Coast’s scenic "Pacific Coast Highway" (State Highway 35). As you approach Gisborne this highway becomes the city's main road, Gladstone Road.
