Shosuke no yado Takinoyu is the ryokan hotel where the legendary mythical, Shousuke Ohara was said to have stayed. The hotel; facing the beautiful scenic “Fujimigataki water fall”, offers a total of 68 guest rooms, all of which have private bathrooms and toilets. Enjoy the exquisite view of the water fall while indulging yourself in the large bath or the open air spa. Every night from 9pm, there are folk tale reading sessions and classical dance performed by the Higashiyama Geiko at the open air studio.

How to get to
Shosuke No Yado Takinoyu Fukushima
From Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, it takes about one hour with the Narita Express Train. From Tokyo Station, you can take the Tohoku-shinkansen (Tohoku-line bullet train) to Koriyama station. Exchange the train at the Koriyama station to Aizuwakamatsu station via the Banetsusaisen line (the total trip time is about two hours and twenty minutes). It takes only 15 minutes bus ride from the station to the hotel.
