At new skool hotels and resorts you can enjoy those precious family moments with one fantastic bonus - 100% boredom free holidays for all... but Dad is still likely to embarrass the kids in his budgie smugglers! |

 Family Summer Holiday
To me, family friendly resorts offer apartment-style accommodation with room to spread out and have privacy from the kids, plus a kitchen area to prepare breakfast, snacks and lunch for the day. Swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf, billiards or games room are all good family activities. Most are around the beach areas (everyone likes to holiday at the beach) but I also like inland or mountain holidays – the fresh country air tires out the kids. A day spa for Mum is a good option too... hint hint! |

QUEENSLAND
It’s been an exhausting year. Time to take the clan to a 'happy place'. Queensland is all about casual friendliness, relaxed ambience and resorts designed with every member of the family in mind. Many are equipped with one, two and three-bedroom self-contained apartments, ideal for groups of any size, on any budget, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax... ahhh...
