Terms & Conditions
1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
2. The Promoter is Hotel.com.au Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 16 093 541 078) of Level 2, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
3. The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 27 October 2009 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 21 December 2009
4. To enter the competition, participants must email competitions@hotel.com.au with their full name, email address and contact phone number and tell us in 25 words or less what they think Federer’s wife would say to Nadal’s girlfriend if they crossed paths in the Rod Laver Arena powder room.
5. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to Australian residents over 18 years - only one entry per person is allowed
6. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that contains profanities, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language
9. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The best entry is determined by the judge - an employee of the Promoter
10. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. The winner will be notified by email and phone within 14 days of competition closing date
12. The winner will receive $500 in cash and 2 nights accommodation in a Relaxation Suite at the Hilton on the Park Melbourne from 29-31 January 2010
13. The prize will be provided to the winner by EFT transfer and Accommodation voucher by email
14. The total value of the prize is AU$1830.00
15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable
16. All transport costs, transfers, taxes, insurances and other expenses including, but not limited to, meals, room upgrades, additional guests, hotel incidentals, tickets, tours and spending money are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law
18. The winner of this competition agrees that their identity may be disclosed on the Hotel.com.au website and in other promotional material. The Promoter will not use the winner's personal information for any other purpose
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter and entrants will be added to the Promoter's database to receive a fortnightly newsletter and other promotional offers. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time
