Le Boscarecce is located 25 miles south of Florence off the Siena road. The Inn is located on a ridge with farms and fields overlooking a deep valley below; Val d?Elsa. The terrace of the Inn boasts a sweeping view of hills covered with cypress and olive trees in the foreground and the mountains Appenini on the distant horizon. Within a half hour?s drive of the Inn are San Gimignano Volterra Vinci and the Chianti Country; within one hour?s drive Firenze Pisa and Siena. Guests without a car can travel easily by the train located 3 km away in Castelfiorentino a small attractive village. The Inn consists of 14 rooms named for famous literary or historical female figures. The rooms are furnished with 18th and 19th century antiques. All of them have telephone; color TV bathroom with bathtub and shower and hairdryer. The second building house houses a kitchen dining room and a lounge.
