Straight on at next set of lights on the Queensway, pass the Queensway pub, next turning on the right onto St.Annes Road east. Drive over St.Annes Bridge into St.Annes Square, then onto the promenade. Turn left on the promenade, the Fernlea Hotel is approximately 50 yards on left.
