Hotel Facilities How to get to Grand Mercure Forest Resort Ballarat Located on the Midland Highway, thr Forest Resort is located just 10 minutes from Ballarat, 20 minutes from Daylesford and 80 minutes from Melbourne. When travelling from Melbourne simply take the Western Highway to Ballarat and exit on the A300 (Midland Highway) towards Creswick and travel approximately 10 minutes where you will find the Forest Resort on the right hand side, just before Creswick. Children Children are more than welcome at the Grand Mercure Apartments. Children 12 and under stay free. If you are a family of more than 2 children the sofa bed will be made up otherwise a rollaway bed or cot is available for $20 per night (subject to availability at time of reservation). Car Parking All Apartments have their own private undercover carport.
