We are located directly opposite Auckland Showgrounds & Alexandra Racecourse, right next to Greenlane Medical clinic, and just 10 mins drive to the CBD, St Lukes/Western Springs, Dressmart, & 15 mins to the airport. Cornwall Park is nearby, great for a leisurely stroll.

We have 38 spacious & comfortable rooms, most with balconies & some with views of the swimming pool.

Choose from a Standard Studio, Twin-share Studio, Executive Spa Studio or a Penthouse Spa Studio.

Each of the rooms have kitchenettes and microwaves, ensuites, (with spa baths in the Executive and Penthouse Spa Studios), hairdryers, iron/ironing boards, clock radios, electric blankets, mini-bars, Sky TV, seperate modem lines.Our Executive & Penthouse Spa Studios also have a sofa, ceiling fan, plunger coffee & spa baths. The Penthouse Spa Studios are very large rooms, & also have air-conditioning & 2 balconies, including a large private balcony.

Parklane is a great place for a longer stay - we have a large swimming pool, mini-gym, guest laundry, dry cleaning service, guest internet, breakfast room (or if you prefer, breakfast delivered to your room), & ample FREE car parking.
