Once the dwelling of a local tyrant and a historical burocratic headquarter, the building has been turned into a charming hotel with 40 rooms, a cafeteria with a warm and friendly atmosphere and the restaurant La Rua dei Notari - all thanks to a major renovation of the palace and its frescoes. At the moment the restaurant is closed since it has to be restored. It will be reopened within the summer 2007. All the furnishing has been attended to in the smallest detail and all the guestrooms, although equipped with all comforts, have remained faithful to the palace's style. For meetings and conferences up to 100 people there is the Sala della Caccia (conference room). Hotel Facilities How to get to Palazzo Guiderocchi Hotel Ascoli Piceno BY CAR: A14 Motorway: Exit at San Benedetto del Tronto and follow the signs for Ascoli Piceno. After 25 Km exit at Ascoli Porta Cartara. Turn left and follow the direction “Centro”. Roma Salaria: Exit at Rosara Ascoli Centro – Turn left and go straight fo about 4 Km. Reach Porta Romana in Piazza Cecco D’Ascoli and follow the hatched line. Roma A24: Exit at Teramo, follow the signs for Teramo Centro and reach Piazza Garibaldi; turn right in Viale Bovio SS81. After about 40 Km follow the signs for A14 Motorway, then turn towards Roma. Exit at Ascoli Porta Cartara. BY TRAIN Nearest Station San Benedetto del Tronto. Take the rail-car for Ascoli Piceno or the autobus Start.
